DTC supplement brand

Replatformed a slow Shopify site and rebuilt category SEO

Brief. A 200-SKU supplements brand on a heavily customized Shopify theme. Pages took 4.6 seconds to load on mobile, category pages were thin, and organic was flat for two quarters.

Work. New section-based theme on the same Shopify plan. Re-architected category and PDP templates. Rewrote 28 collection pages with intent-matched copy and FAQ schema. Implemented image CDN, lazy loading, and proper schema.

Outcome. Organic sessions up 2.8x in nine months. Page load time down from 4.6s to 1.2s. Non-branded revenue up 3.4x year over year.

B2B SaaS

New marketing site plus Google Ads program from scratch

Brief. A Series A workflow tool whose marketing site was a four-page WordPress theme. Demos came almost entirely from outbound. Founder wanted inbound to take the load off sales.

Work. Twelve-page marketing site with use-case landing pages and a buyers-guide content hub. Built and launched a Google Ads search program with proper enhanced conversions and CRM offline import.

Outcome. Qualified demos up 4.1x in the first two quarters. Cost per qualified lead down 38 percent. Inbound now accounts for 46 percent of pipeline.

Neighborhood business

Map-pack visibility, profile cleanup, and a site built to convert

Brief. A multi-location service business invisible in the local map pack. The site had no service pages, no schema, and a Google Business Profile that had not been touched in years.

Work. Six service pages, location pages for each branch, full LocalBusiness schema, NAP citation cleanup across 40+ directories, and a managed review-request flow.

Outcome. Top three spots on Google for the main nearby searches in eight months. New bookings doubled within the same window.
