Replatformed a slow Shopify site and rebuilt category SEO
Brief. A 200-SKU supplements brand on a heavily customized Shopify theme. Pages took 4.6 seconds to load on mobile, category pages were thin, and organic was flat for two quarters.
Work. New section-based theme on the same Shopify plan. Re-architected category and PDP templates. Rewrote 28 collection pages with intent-matched copy and FAQ schema. Implemented image CDN, lazy loading, and proper schema.
Outcome. Organic sessions up 2.8x in nine months. Page load time down from 4.6s to 1.2s. Non-branded revenue up 3.4x year over year.
